Unique Group

The foundations of the Unique Group began in 1970 by current chairman Mr Vinay Kedia. The group headquarters are in Bangkok, Thailand. Today Unique Group is an umbrella to 18 individual companies predominately engaged across two industries, namely Gems and Jewelry and Healthcare. Unique Group collectively employs over 500 people globally, with operations in key Asian countries. They include, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Thailand, India and the Philippines.

The Gems and Jewelry division comprises of companies engaged in the trading of diamonds, precious colored stones, semi precious rough stones and the manufacturing of jewelry.

The Healthcare division operates under the banner of VE Healthcare Group (VHG) which is a leading company in healthcare in developing countries. Our business may be categorized into two segments:

1.) Vexxa Lifesciences branded products business: We develop, manufacture, market and sell our own brand of market leading, prescription pharmaceutical products, and OTC products which are mostly sold in developing countries in Southeast Asia and a growing reach in Asia and Africa. Currently present in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Philippines.

2.) VE Pharma marketing and distribution business: We market, sell and distribute various branded prescription pharmaceutical products, nutraceuticals and OTC products. We operate our VE Pharma marketing and distribution business in four countries, namely, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, and Laos. Our clients for this business segment include leading international pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies.
